I ordered iPig product 6 weeks ago now!!! After waiting the 4 weeks advised for delivery and still no work, a called the call centre. I was told I had to wait a further week or 2. This is the end of the second week and I am now told by the call centre that there is no stock of this product!!!
Couldn't you have told be this a week after placing the order? You have taken my money and cannot fulfill your promises. Why are you cheating customers in this way?
This is pathetic and infuriating!!! If you cannot guarantee stock, you shouldn't have taken my money!!
Reading the other posts about refund problems, gives me an idea what i should brace myself for. Great work groupon!! :-(
