I purchased duvet covers online and decided a few days later i was not interested as i found the products for half the price at another shop. Secondly they cancelled the wrong order, after numerous explanations and speaking to numerous people. I contacted groupon on 28/11/13 to advise that i would like to cancel. The lady confirmed that she would contact me which clearly never happened, so about 3/12 I contacted them and was advised that the cancellation was declined, however should the goods come i must not accept receipt. So i also wanted to change my address, so the lady tells me to just send an email it will definately be sorted out, when i get in today i only get a response and funny enuf they want to know for which order, all this uneccessary correspondence, what happended to picking up the phone and sorting out a matter immediately, customer service at groupon is disgusting i would never buy anything from them ever again
