My Product has now officially passed its due date for delivery and I have yet to receive it, whats worst is that I have had no response for a courier stating when they will bring it our whether its even prepped for delivery, and whats worst than that is the Groupon support team takes a whole day if not more to to respond to my emails, and it still not sorted out.

This was my first purchase on Groupon because of all the great deals Ive heard about it from my friends and family, but if this is the service you have to go through then this will definitely be my last purchase as well.

Also there are no Merchant contact details on my order slip so I can't even get in touch with them and am forced to communicate through Groupons "slow" emails system, as their support line wont put me through to an operator.

This is truly a sad story, and I hope with this that I will receive my product soon, and that no other persons gets this type of service from Groupon in the future.
