The request for a refund was submitted prior to the voucher expiring since the service provider could not accommodate a reservation. The feedback is that a refund cannot be provided for a no show. This is unacceptable since I did not have a reservation hence was not a no show. Furthermore I was not informed that inability to redeem the voucher will result in the voucher been forfeited.
Previously groupon have processed refunds. A refund is requested.
