Beacon maynards competition where you are forced to buy 3 seperate sweet packets to enter. This was when the comp started in August. After many calls of people saying I had won and would assist me. I eventually contacted morgan at tlc marketing who initially sounded like he would eventually get the job done. I completed the forms replied to his emails and he said he would get the booking department to contact me... this was the 19 sep... on the 5 Nov I emailed with a follow stating that the service was unacceptable... morgan replied to my mail on 11 Nov stating again he would get hold of the booking department again... needless to say im still waiting... no follow ups if I was helped... nothing its all good to ask for me to buy extra goods to enter a competition where im contacted immediately that I have won... but now 3 months later and nothing... working in retail where I believe customer service is essential... I believe this to be truly unacceptable... maybe I will get some service after this report
