Their return policy

Hi

I purchased a STYLUS TABLET from Groupon SA last year December used it for about 8 months it is broken and cannot be recharged has the power supply does not work anymore. They have a exchange policy that is so wrong they only exchange item bought from them in the first 6 months and if it is older they cannot help you. They don't even have the manufacture contact details to help me.
This is such non-sense as other retail stores carry a warrantee for 12 to 24 months on their electronic products.
They should either get their act together or stop selling this grey product the poor man on the street.
