Ordered something through Groupon and not delivered as promised. Two unanswered emails, and 5 calls to the call centre and non the wiser. Each time the call centre agent came up with a ranging from promising me to email me the tracking information to promising to follow up and get back to me (which does not happen). Average of 20 minutes you have to hold the line until someone picks up, or the call gets dropped after holding on for 15 minutes. This company is a joke wrt customer service - an absolute disgrace
