I ordered a Lily Bloom Bag from Groupon SA on the 3rd February 2013. The bag has still not been delivered. i have made 3 attempts t reach the call centre, each call more than an hour long. On the 3rd call I was supposedly first in line for more than an hour. I have sent more than 5 emails. Each has its own reference number. When i checked each reference number, even if i have just received an email stating the issue has been updated, i am not 'authorized' to see this reference. That, or it has been deleted or resolved, which it clearly hasn't. These emails aren't even from a real person, just an automated system which sends the same email over promising they will look into the matter.
Never in my life have I seen such poor service. I am seriously considering legal action. that may be the only action that will make Groupon SA wake up. I will never give Groupon any business again!!
