I have been placed on hold for the third time today. Each time I was placed on hold for 30 minutes or longer before the call was dropped from your side. I am outraged!
I bought a groupon for R1480 earlier this year. The groupon did not reach the tipping point. After several phone calls I finally got them to atleast credit me the amount back.
I then used some of the credits to purchase another groupon. The amount of credit remanining is R1135. I emailed to ask them to refund me this amount. I was then informed that this can't happen as I spent some of the original R1480. I asked them if they can indicate me where this stands in the terms and conditions they started speaking over me on the phone.
I calmly waited for the man to finish talking. When I wanted to ask him again about where this is stated in the terms and conditions he placed me on hold. The call was dropped after 30 minutes.
I phoned back and they said they would transfer me to a senior. I was then again placed on hold. After 42 minutes of waiting the call was dropped again.
I want my money. I paid for a service that could not be delivered. You can not force me to use your service when I made a different p
