Groupon voucher purchased and payment made on 08/11. Received email to say that my query would be attended to but I had to call them now more than a week later only to find out that my payment made was rejected as I rounded the payment up the nearest rand instead of paying the exact amount.
Now I get told that they will need to check their records to refund me and IF the deal is still available, I can repurchase. Nothing about apologizing for the delay in getting back to me or seeing what they could do to assist me. Just have to accept what they say - you would think I short paid on the deal. I purchase Groupon vouchers are a regular basis and don't expect this kind of service!
