Wrong delivery and a child's broken dreams

I ordered a tablet for my nephew as a gift for passing third term but they delivered a pink one for a boy. Been waiting for 3 week for them to take it back and deliver the correct one but all i'm getting is excuses. He's asking for it everyday and always i need to make an excuse.
