We have been in contact with Groupon for payment of our refund for over 6-weeks now, after accommodation they advertised (which was shown as self-catering units, turned out to be one unit and it is fully booked) was booked.
I submitted account details, only to be asked 4-weeks later whether it is a cheque or saving account. This is really dodgy service, and should be reported to the relevant authorities, which is going to be my next step.
