Give me my refund!

Its been two weeks (if not longer) since I was told my refund would be processed and still nothing!

I booked an eyelash extension session from a lady who, as it turns out, was not even working for the company that she advertised under (Beauconstance!). False advertising! When she displayed flakey tendancies (not responding to calls, msgs, etc for over a week) I no longer wanted her for my wedding day, as the stress she caused was NOT worth it. Plus I dont know the quality of her work as she doesnt work for the beauty place on the Groupon. She rents a room there and her company is a different name!

She cashed the Groupon weeks ago, even though my appointment was only booked for the 30 March. Give me my money back, Groupon, I dont like being cheated! What was advertised was not what was provided! I have provided my proof of payment as well as the reference I used as well as all the other details you asked me for, now its your turn. And I dont want Groupon credit, I needed that money for a different beautician for my wedding day.

I also paid Annelize R50 for mobile service and she said she'd pay it back, but she hasnt.. I will report you to the police.
