I received a gift to Destiny Nail and Beauty Spa that was purchased from groupon and I purchased the same voucher for my mother, valid until 13 October 2013. I phoned this morning to make the booking and was informed that they are fully booked up to the end of October 2013, more than 3 months in advance. I am sorry but I have a hard time believing that. If this is only applicable to the groupon deal, why was there not a limit on the number of vouchers that can be purchased? Surely you must determine the number of clients that can be accommodated before any special is advertised. I was informed to contact groupon for a refund (easy way out), which is fine, but it was a gift... and I love my spa treatments.
