I bought a voucher on Wicount for a breakfast Buffet at Kings in Cape. Which i thought which actually be a better experience than my first one that I had in Cape Town.
When I first came to Cape Town on holiday, it was my first visit to Cape Town and i stayed in a hotel in the heart of the Citys night life. Much to my dismay i stayed there for 3 nights and i changed rooms three times because of the dampness, the draft coming through the cracks. Service was pathetic. That put a dampener on my first trip to Cape Town.
I then buy a Wicount for a breakfast buffet a year later to check to see if anything has changed also because the voucher was a bargin. The voucher stated that it ends on the 30th September 2013. I phoned at the begining of September to make a booking but they refused and stated that the buffet is finished and they cannot do anything nor were they prepared to refund me. I then emailed wicount who ignored my emails. SO now all that i am is R130 shorter and no service provided and no assistance from anywhere
