I reported on 26/9/2013 that I wanted a refund on my Luigi's voucher, following an email received from you with restrictions added on after I purchased the voucher.
"Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for purchasing the Luigi's - River Club Groupon limited offer.
Kindly note that there was a typo on the deal. Please be advised that deal
is only valid for lunch, from 12:00 to 15:00, Tuesday to Sunday."
To date, I haven't had closure on this issue
I chased this up via email again this past Monday.
Please advise
