I receive notifications from Groupon Sa daily as to the specials that are on offer. On this specific occasion the holiday Accomodation at my cascades was very appealing. I had visitors from overseas and thought I'd purchase this deal but first I called my cascades to enquire as to when the voucher would be valid. The lady on the telephone at my cascades langebaan said that if I purchased the deal the voucher will be available to me after midnight. She had said that I will need to email her the voucher and then she will book the Accomodation for the days I had requested. I then purchased the voucher on Monday 7th January 2012. At 8:15am on Tuesday. 8th January I had emailed the lady at my cascades.By 9am I had not received a reply from her and therefore phoned her. She then replied to say that the Accomodation I had requested is fully booked and that they can accommodate me on another date. I was so disappointed. The lady then advised me to contact groupon for a refund. Each time I phone groupon the number is busy and I am number 35 or 30 in the line to speak to a consultant. I then sent emails. Still no reply. Could someone please contact me!!!
