After purchasing a voucher from Groupon, which failed, I am yet to receive my refund. I have been following up every single week numerous times since the 2nd of September (going on 4 weeks now!). Each time I am being told the refund is being processed, I will hear back within the next day or so. Each time I phoned again it still has not been processed, and the answer that I get it exactly the same - they are going to process it now, I will hear back within the next two days. There is some serious communication issues between the customer service and accounts department that needs to be addressed!
