About 3 months ago I bought a Groupon Spa voucher for the Seven Seas Spa in Bedfordveiw. I made a booking for the 24 September. On the 23 September I phoned to confirm my appointment, just to find out that the Spa has closed down. We went away for the long weekend and specially came back early for the treatment. I can not believe that nobody phoned us to let us know what was going on. We could have enjoyed a few day's more at the resort where we were, but because Groupon did not let me know that there was a problem my whole long weekend was a total up!!!
