I bought a voucher to a Spa treatment and accommodation for myself and about friends and this amounted to R2985.00.I later realised that the special was from Sunday to Thursday and that did not suit us. I wrote to Groupon to ask for a refund and I have been the run around. As you can see I have spoken to 3 people I am not sure what exactly are they looking for as I have sent them the proof of payment. I just need my refund and I will leave them alone.
