GROUPON PROMOTES SELLERS

I purchased coins from a company called ecoin via Groupon site only to fins out later that ecoin is falsely advertising that its coins have value. I have called Groupon and emailed a complaint, but they are passing the buck saying my return needs to be processed by the supplier

I have contacted the supplier via email and many many calls, but he does not answer, his voicemail box is always full and the one email address [Email Removed] does not even work

all i know is his name is Patrick

I WANT MY MONEY BACK, there is another complaint of teh exact same nature on hello peter, to which Groupon replied to Kristy123 that she needs to return the goods to the seller afterwhich they will then process the refund..

This is not going to work... Patrick the seller is not at his convention Centre Towers office or Mowbray Regus office, i want a refund from Groupon and they themselves can then claim back from the seller!
