I would like to thank Tauriq for assisting me with resolving a qeury I had been trying to resolve for the past two weeks with groupon unsuccessfully. Other agents that I had spoken to previously did not bother to give me any feedback and he managed to resolve it within a day when I had been told previously that it could not be resolved.
