I paid for something 6weeks ago and never got it

I purchased two sets of Mandela Coins which was R4500 each, after waiting 5 weeks i received only one set. I then contacted groupon and still i have not gotten a response back from them. When i started using groupon last year i had no problems but now most people complain about their service...
