I ordered the argon oil 6x applicators. first I received 1, only when I queried it did they inform me that it was the shipment company, then it was the partners fault, still no 5 applicators, I then proceeded to ask for a refund and the one applicator was collected, the next day the other five applicators was delivered and my parents accepted this package. (bearing in mind this was the first time I purchased from Groupon which I definitely will not be doing again) I then corresponded with Waseema Peters via email (explaining to her what has happened) and told her I would keep the applicators and whether she can have the other one delivered again, she assured me this will not be a problem. a few days ago Waseema emailed to say to their records it showed I received both parcels, I proceeded to re email her the correspondence again (attaching the collection receipt for the one applicator) and did not get a response, 2 days ago I emailed again to say I have had no feedback and nothing. TO DATE NOONE HAS CONTACTED ME OR APOLOGIZED FOR THEIR SHODDY SERVICE!
