I was so totally amazed by the service I received today. I called the Groupon SA call centre at 08:30 and spoke to a very bubbly Ulrich Absolom. He was so warm and welcoming (not expected on a Monday morning). I called to complain about a merchant who kept on double-booking our appointment. He empathised with me and immediately submitted a refund. I also got notification via e-mail. I then got an e-mail from Waseema Peters advising I have been credited. I expected the credit after 7 working days - never on the same day. This is truly amazing service. My experiences with Groupon thus far have been painless and really something I will talk about. Great service Ulrich and Waseema - you do your company proud!!!
