Incompetent staff!

I have dealt with Ronelle Abrahams on 8/1/13, regards refunding 3 vouchers, which were to be done by the 16th. To date one done, Spoke to Jolanda on 24/1/13 she said she would send to Nazleen of refunds who would email me shortly, still waiting. Spoke to Nyabeka 25/1/13 who advised the my acc shows these matters closed that's why nothing. Asked to speak to management and was told they unavailable. Why have staff if they are unable to do the required jobs? Are there KRA's just to get people off the phone, no matter if there problems are sorted. Groupon is very happy to take your money, but not that interested in giving as speedy a service when it comes to refunds.
I suppose it is in there interest not to give refunds seeing as they keep all the money if you do not use the voucher. I have been a loyal supporter, but I am having serious thoughts on using them in the future. And what is this thing about not wanting to refund my MONEY? only want to give me back credits. If I want my money back I am entitled to it!!!
