A Groupon Voucher was purchased and paid for in full on August 24th 2013 for a 2 night stay at Welgelegen Manor. After numerous emails and phonecalls from August 28th 2013, the response received on September 4th 2013 was: Kindly be advised that the payment was not allocated and the voucher has therefore expired. This is unacceptable! Pathetic!
