Do not buy from Groupon - NO SERVICE

I ordered 2 x Jabra Bluetooth headsets on the 12th Jan 2013 and duly got a voucher with VERY POOR instructions. In an effort to understand the redemption process I have emailed them, posted on their www site, called them (twise and held on for 10 and 14 minutes respectively and was then cut off) and even contacted them via Facebook and all they can tell me is "Groupon has experienced high email and call volumes over the festive season. We now are trying to clear the back log. To ensure a speedy resolution, please follow instructions below." he point is I have tried to follow their instructions.

They do not respond to and form of communication and after days of no response i now want a refund. I have asked for it but i may as well have asked for world peace. Groupon I will not be buying from you again.

On a further note my wife bought a gadget from Groupon in early December and she is still waiting for them to actually delivery anything to her. Because hers was only R350 she has actually given up on getting anything back from them.

Beware - Not all products on Groupon are genuine as I found out after buying a 360 degree panorama camera attachment for my iPhone in June 2012.
