Groupon SA provides such poor service! The refund procedure is awful!
I have been trying since June last year to get a refund for a deal where the supplier just did not deliver, and nothing has been done.
This is disappointing and outrageous; I closed my account after then having to wait for a separate delivery for over 2 months! Things just get worse with Groupon!
