My cousin and I purchased a FULL day Spa voucher at SELF IMAGE SPA. From Groupon SA. Until today we have not managed to book our voucher with Self Image. I managed to book for the 23rd of March only to find out when I phoned to confirm my appointment for the 23rd of March, they could not find my appointment??? Their response was to phone Groupon to get a refund. Sonia Lotter my cousin put in a complaint on Hello Peter, to get a short and abrupt response from a Claudia from Groupon to get email addresses etc. So no effort or explanation from Groupon either. So to Groupon SA. Here on Hello Peter so that you not implying that we are Liars.

And Groupon SA, you advertise FULL DAY SPA Voucher, when you phone Self Image, they only have availability for HALF DAY. False advertising. So people need to be very careful when purchasing from Groupon, what are you really buying?
