In response to my previous complaint - Thank you for committing to an alternative solution. Without going into too much detail, I felt that you needed to step up to the plate, and that is exactly what you did. I know you dont always offer swop outs and that electrical products are bought at own risk with no guarentee of repair but you really stepped up to the plate this time so thank you. I will continue to support you guys.
