I accidentally clicked 'order now' twice for an outdoor umbrella of which I only wanted ONE. Groupon's responses to me varied from "refund has been processed" to "the supplier should do the refund directly to me" - however GROUPON deducted the money (R 1800) from my credit card.

Then they requested alternative banking details. etc etc etc. The purchase happened on the 12th of June 2013 and today is the 29th of July 2013. Quite a few 'working days' later if you ask me.

I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Groupon again - SHOCKING SHOCKING service. And every person I speak to just passes the buck.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
