Groupon runs promotion without having confirmed with the supplier regarding stocks. I have paid for my goods immediately at the end of Jan-13 and to date no delivery. I had to call Groupon in all instances for the status and I'm still awaiting my goods.
I have juust being informed that a refund will be done (See below). Is this in line with the CPA, I as a customer shoulreceive my goods and not a refund as this was paid in the first instance. Kindly advise me on what action i can take on Groupon SA in terms of the CPA.
