On 5 June I purchased two Coupons, paid the amount into their bank account (I hold the proof, and sent it to them) No Coupons were issued to me, and after numerous emails and phone calls I am no further, highly frustrated and feel totally helpless. It appears that they take your money, and do nothing to uphold their promises. I now want to be refunded, and I have been in touch with their customer services, Kelly Paulus, who makes empty promises over the phone, and does not respond via e-mail. PLEASE BE WARNED
