Late coupon - no refund

I purchased tickets to a hokey game and did not receive the coupons until after the game.
I sent them multiple emails, asking a refund, as the coupons were unable to be used. when they finally replied, they claimed that they do not refund any tickets to shows / games. They quoted the terms and conditions which quite frankly is bull#@#, as it does not protect customers from late coupons...
Apparently they have sent my request through to a superior, as I will not stand for such bogus service. We will see what happens.
