Denying to pay back my money

I have purchased a spa deal on the 27 May 2013 worth R798.00 and did not receive my voucher I called in to find out why and I was told two different reasons and they promised to pay me back but till date I haven't receive my money back, I have been asked to fill in my banking details 3 times of which I did but no response, no paying back, I have sent them email telling them to pay me back they never reply, I phoned in asking to talk to Beshar or Cherly but one of the consultant by the name of Shameez didn't know them and she had a very bad attitude and couldn't help me as she kept on asking me stupid questions.
