Have not received product yet!

I purchased the prduct on the 17th May, have not yet received it.
The fine print stated 14 - 21 days??? its going to be 2 months shortly.
I have called - no answer..
i have emailed twice - no response.
this is pathetic customer service.

Send me my goods or refund my money!
