I signed a contract with Groupon to advertise our deal for permanent eyeliner/eyebrows or both. Our deal is still running and is still on the main page only to find that there is a new vendor placed on Groupon for the same service but substantially undercutting our prices within the same area!! How does that work??? Is that fair? Is Groupon now becoming a bartering facility?
