FALSE ADVERTISING - PROMOTE LASER BUT GIVE IPL

Hello,

I just want make people aware that Groupon does not always give you what they tell you they will give you.
The offer in particular said: "LASER TATTOO REMOVAL"
When I went to the institute they gave an IPL treatment which is NOT LASER. It is not ideal for tattoo removal and gives scars and skin discolouration.
It is wrong to promote one thing and sell another. I am pretty sure that false advertising is against the consumer protection act.
I have requested a refund, yet another one... I am sure that I will be in for one of a discussion and a million e-mails to get my rights. While it is quite obvious that they are at fault.
I am very curious to hear what Groupons feedback is...
