Refund as voucher not sent

I purchased a voucher for The Bend Country House KZN but this was not sent to me therefore had to pay the vendor and now trying to get my money back. The payment was made on the 4th Feb., 2013. I have sent them proof of payment but still no joy. My name is Jill Marshall
