Still no service - Shocking

In reply to a Peter complaint, Groupon confirmed that delivery of the item would take place by Friday 18 January. I have still not received the delivery and this is the 4th commitment that Groupon have failed to deliver on. I am shocked and horrified at how blatantly they misrepresent and feel completely helpless as a consumer to get any kind of service out of them at all.
