I have received pathetic support from this entire group, automated responses not dealing with my problem as an individual. I bought headphones from Groupon and delivery was said to be by the 9th of June the latest. I have contacted them and only then was I given a way number to trace my delivery. The number provided is even possible to locate on the delivery service provider and when I communicate this to the Groupon agents I'm told I should wait 3-4 weeks for delivery. It's the 12th of June and I purchased the headphones on the 13th of May. As a new customer I can safely say I will make every effort to expose this company antics. We are moving to the 5th week still same status and condition.
