I ordered a laptop on line from a green-nile, a link i got from price-check. This happened on Wednesday, 26 June 2013. The delivery time phrame said 24-48hrs. On Friday the 28 of June, when i queried about the delivery, they told me that the laptop was no longer being manufactured. i asked if they had a similar laptop at the same price, they did not respond to my email. I later phoned them to which they told me they were still trying to find supplier. hours later still no feed back, i emailed them, they told me they could not find anything. I asked for a refund, and they have not replied. I phone the office line and the mobile this morning, (Saturday), and there is no answer. I am frustrated as this delays me. i need a laptop urgently.
