I had purchased a deal from groupon online and it was my first time dealing with this company. after recieving deposit details, i recieved confirmation of payment but never recived the coupon that allows me to get my product. after serveral calls and emails i was finally told that there was not enough buy-in on the deal and therefor it was cancelled. my money was taken, i was never told that the deal was cancelled, and i never recieved a call/email to notify me if i would get my money back. it is unbelievable that a company can have such a negative, uncaring attitude towards its customers... after sending another bunch of emails to get my money back, im still waiting for my refund.
