On 31/10/2013 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy tab from Groupon and paid R2999. On 5/12/13 I was informed that they had cancelled the deal and were refunding the money within 3-5 working days. It is now more than 1 month later and I have still not received my money back. I have sent several emails and called their call centre on 17/12/2013 (I was number 36 in the queue). After spending over half an hour on my cell phone I was assured by Mr Das that the money had been paid. I still have not been refunded and am getting no satisfactory replies to my subsequent emails. I have even forwarded my bank statements proving that the money has been paid. They insist the money has been paid and seem unwilling to resolve the issue. They cancelled the deal but are not refunding me - I am totally disgusted with their service!!!
