I lodged a complaint a few days ago after waiting 17 days for a refund. The refund has still not come through and neither has any communication from Groupon (Other than your pathetic excuse for a response "from the supplier"
Groupon claimed to have sent me an email which they DID NOT! I have been phoning and emailing Grouon DAILY to get this resolved and all anyone ever says is that they will escalate it. Who deals with escalated matters? Nobody??
