How long does it take to get your emails answered?
Worse, how long does it take to get a sales consultant to contact you?
I sent in a request via email on 7th May 2013.
They promised a consultant will contact me!
I followed it up twice! Still waiting!
I submitted a request via the website today!
Let's see how long this takes!
