On the 4th of January 2014 I ordered a Samsung galaxy S4 from Groupon, we paid in full via EFT and waited 3 weeks like the add said and NOTHING!!! After 3 weeks and 3 days of waiting I emailed the support group who responded. After a week and a half (making the waiting time 4 weeks and 4 days) of exchanging emails ..hey still could not tell me why the delivery is taking so long or when it is going to be delivered... Why is their service so bad and why don't they try to fix it? I don't know what els to do..I don't want a refund I just want WHAT I PAID FOR!!!
