To whom it may concern,
I have had no feedback what so ever and this is my third time following up with groupon,
I ordered three 3 x Black iPad covers from Groupon and on delivery they delivered 3 x Silver covers, I then phoned groupon and they said I need to email them of which I did and had no feedback for three weeks, I then phoned them back and they said they are extremely sorry someone should have asked first if silver was ok and they do apologise for the bad service, (why have a colour to pick from if they just deliver any colour anyway),
I then got an email asking for the email address of which these items were purchased, I supplied that on the 7th January and have done 3 follow up emails, we are now on the 17th and have not had Any feedback,
I am deeply disappointed with groupon as this has been my second let down with groupon!!
Please can I have feedback ASAP,
