I ordered a basket hanging chair and it arrived partly green and mouldy. I have left messages for a number of Groupon managers to call me back hoping I could get the suppliers details to swop the chair out, because I really like it. I also had no luck with the client service number. But no it seems none of them could be bothered to call back, why they even have answering machines is a mystery. I called Cape Town at least 5 x regarding this issue and got nowhere - at least the chair was collected today, but I would have so preferred a replacement.
